- Texture & flavour: Smooth, supple paste; flavour warm, nutty, buttery, earthy and herbaceous - strata of mushroom, undergrowth and straw notes
- Uses: Excellent for cheese boards, slicing, melting lightly; works well in regional dishes such as gratins, fondues or warming on potatoes or toast
